All items are made custom and made to order. We can often get orders done quicker depending on the items we have in stock, but it can never be guaranteed. Please contact me before ordering if you are worried about your order
We ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) Times can vary depending on your location, time of year and the post office.
Once orders are shipped it is unfortunately out of our hands and in the hands of USPS. If there is an issue or concern with your delivery please reach out to your local USPS Office. We go by the status updates provided by USPS, and all orders include tracking. If the item is returned back to us we will contact you.
Shipping Upgrade and Insurance:
Shipping upgrades are available to USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) This upgrade includes insurance up to $50
We unfortunately do not ship internationally at this time. Please check back in for updates.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
If we receive you order back in the mail we will reach out to you to figure out what went wrong where. If it was an incorrect shipping address that USPS could not deliver, we will gladly reship the item to the corrected address you then provide. Re-shipment of the package would be at the buyers expense, as the first shipping label was purchased and those funds can not be reallocated to this new shipping label that is needed due to this submitted incorrect address.
If you notice on your order confirmation email that the submitted shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We strive to process and complete orders as soon as possible, but if we have yet to package your item we will be able to update the address. If the shipping label has already been created but the item has not left for the post office yet, we will be able to order a new shipping label for this item. This new shipping label will be at the cost of the buyer due to the incorrect submitted address.
If your item has already been shipped out to this incorrect address. It is unfortunately out of our hands. Please reach out to your local USPS office. If the item is returned back to us we will contact you.
CookieCutterGifts values its customer service and will happily accept returns for a full product refund on any item purchase that does not include personalization. Items that are returned must show no signs of wear or damage. If damage is present there will not be a refund. Replacement items will not be processed and shipped until the original item has been returned successfully and assessed for wear or damage. Please understand that any return or exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To authorize a return please contact us at CookiecutterGifts@gmail.com. Any return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery to be considered for return. All returns must be received back within 30 days of delivery.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns of any of our personalized products such as our can coolers, tumblers or shirts that have had personalization included in the order. These items are made to order and with the personalization that has been done we cannot guarantee it's resale. Any order that does not have personalization included on them, we gladly accept returns, but the shipping is at the expense of the buyer if the items received are in fact what were orders on their included packing slip.

If your order arrives and it is not what is order on the packing slip (spelling error or wrong size/color) Please let us know and we will make sure to get the proper item shipped to you as soon as possible.
